The ISO 15408 Common Criteria Toolkit is an invaluable resource including a substantial presentation, roadmap, guide, and various other useful items.

The 'Common Criteria (CC)' is a multi-part standard. It is intended to be used as the basis for evaluation of security properties of IT products and systems. By establishing such a consistent criteria base, the results of an IT security evaluation should be much more meaningful to a wider audience.
